Nagwa’s Cancellation Policy
In the event you wish to cancel an order placed with Nagwa’s, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the WhatsApp chat box located at the bottom right of the home page. A request to cancel an order placed on Nagwa’s should be made within the same day the order was placed. However, cancellation requests made after the item(s) have shipped will not be attended to until after the items are received by the customer and return authorization is granted by Nagwa’s. Nagwa’s reserves the right to charge up to 16% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Once a cancellation is approved, you will receive an email from Nagwa’s regarding the change in the status of the order.
Nagwa’s Return Policy
Considering the current public health emergency, as well as Nagwa’s policy, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days of the delivery date of the item(s). Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from Nagwa’s. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a Return Authorization (RA) number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 35% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns. Due to the alarming rate of complaints about missing packages with USPS, we will no longer be accepting return packages with USPS. To limit the incident of merchandise missing in transit, Nagwa’s recommends that customers use UPS or FedEx to return items. We will not be responsible for missing packages sent through USPS.
Nagwa’s Exchange Policy
It could be possible that a mistake might occur during your shopping experience and the item(s) ordered on Nagwa’s may not be the right size you wanted, or they may be defective in one way or another. You may receive an exchange for all unopened items in new condition with the original tags attached to the items. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship the items within five (5) days of receipt.
